Los frutos secos son ricos en prote\u00ednas, minerales, grasas saludables, vitaminas y sustancias fitoqu\u00edmicas protectoras. <strong>Por lo dicho, tienen un elevado contenido nutricional y su consumo es muy beneficioso para la salud.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BENEFICIOS PARA SALUD<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diversos estudios, entre ellos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nejm.org\/doi\/full\/10.1056\/NEJMoa1307352\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>el realizado en Harvard en 2013<\/strong><\/a> (en ingl\u00e9s), han corroborado que el consumo un alto consumo de frutos secos se correlaciona con una <strong>menor mortalidad <\/strong>y un riesgo m\u00e1s bajo de padecer algunos tipos de c\u00e1ncer, enfermedades respiratorias y cardiovasculares,  y diabetes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los frutos secos sacian el apetito. Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1ala que los frutos secos m\u00e1s saludables son los <strong>crudos o ligeramente tostados<\/strong>.
