{"id":5504,"date":"2022-08-30T14:38:32","date_gmt":"2022-08-30T12:38:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eat-life.fundesplai.org\/nutrigenetica\/"},"modified":"2023-02-27T18:13:04","modified_gmt":"2023-02-27T17:13:04","slug":"nutrigenetica-es","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eat-life.fundesplai.org\/es\/nutrigenetica-es\/","title":{"rendered":"Nutrigen\u00e9tica"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:#7bdcb5\" class=\"has-inline-color\">COMENCEM!<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si alguna cosa hem <strong>fet d\u2019en\u00e7\u00e0 que naixem i continuarem fent fins al nostre darrer dia \u00e9s alimentar-nos<\/strong>, per tant, estem exposats permanentment a la nutrici\u00f3 (<a href=\"https:\/\/inabj.org\/index.php\/ibj\/article\/view\/1158\">Meiliana &amp; Wijaya, 2020<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:#7bdcb5\" class=\"has-inline-color\">GENS I NUTRICI\u00d3<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb el pas del temps, la <strong>relaci\u00f3 entre dieta i salut<\/strong> ha despertat un gran inter\u00e8s, ja que la <strong>nutrici\u00f3 pot prevenir i tractar diverses malalties.<\/strong> S&#8217;ha demostrat que les recomanacions generals sobre macronutrients i micronutrients <strong>no afecten de la mateixa manera a tots<\/strong> els individus perqu\u00e8 la <strong>dieta \u00e9s un factor ambiental important que interactua amb els gens<\/strong> (Pe\u00f1a-Romero et al., 2018).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, <strong>l\u2019objectiu de la nutrigen\u00e8tica\/nutrigen\u00f2mica<\/strong> \u00e9s investigar <strong>l&#8217;impacte de la dieta i la nutrici\u00f3 en l&#8217;expressi\u00f3 g\u00e8nica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualment, estan <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">emergint noves \u00e0rees de recerca<\/mark><\/strong> en aquesta disciplina car cada cop s\u2019evidencia m\u00e9s que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>el <strong>dany al genoma<\/strong> \u00e9s la <strong>malaltia m\u00e9s fonamental<\/strong><\/li><li>el <strong>risc de malalties<\/strong> del desenvolupament i degeneratives <strong>augmenta amb el dany a l&#8217;ADN<\/strong>, <strong>el qual en dep\u00e8n de l&#8217;estat nutricional<\/strong><\/li><li>la <strong>ingesta aliment\u00e0ria \u00f2ptima i la quantitat de micronutrients als teixits<\/strong> de l\u2019organisme per a la prevenci\u00f3 del dany en el genoma <em>dep\u00e8n de factors gen\u00e8tics<\/em>, els quals <strong>alteren<\/strong> la funci\u00f3 dels <strong>gens implicats en la captaci\u00f3 i metabolisme dels micronutrients i<\/strong> d&#8217;aquells gens necessaris per a la <strong>reparaci\u00f3 i replicaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;ADN<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eat-life.fundesplai.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/FOTO-investigadora.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5456\" width=\"583\" height=\"365\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eat-life.fundesplai.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/FOTO-investigadora.jpg 640w, https:\/\/eat-life.fundesplai.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/FOTO-investigadora-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/eat-life.fundesplai.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/FOTO-investigadora-500x313.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 583px) 100vw, 583px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>desenvolupament de patrons diet\u00e8tics, aliments funcionals i suplements<\/strong> \u2013dissenyats per millorar el manteniment de la salut del genoma en humans amb antecedents gen\u00e8tics espec\u00edfics\u2013 <strong>pot proporcionar una contribuci\u00f3 important a una nova estrat\u00e8gia de salut \u00f2ptima<\/strong>, basada en el <strong>diagn\u00f2stic i <\/strong>la <strong>prevenci\u00f3 nutricional individualitzada<\/strong> (Fenech, 2014).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Segons l&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut actualment m\u00e9s de 40 milions de persones moren cada any per malalties no transmissibles<\/mark> (com els c\u00e0ncers, les cardiovasculars, la diabetis tipus II o l\u2019obesitat)<\/strong>, les quals solen tenir una durada cr\u00f2nica i reflecteixen opcions d&#8217;estil de vida. Tot i que la nutrigen\u00e8tica\/nutrigen\u00f2mica <strong>promet per prevenir i fins i tot tractar aquestes malalties<\/strong> no transmissibles, hi ha diversos <strong>reptes i limitacions<\/strong> a les quals s&#8217;enfronta la seva implementaci\u00f3 tant pel que fa a la recerca biom\u00e8dica com a la pr\u00e0ctica cl\u00ednica&nbsp; (Marcum, 2020):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>control de la ingesta diet\u00e8tica<\/strong> dels participants d\u2019assajos cl\u00ednics<\/li><li><strong>l&#8217;estandarditzaci\u00f3 de la metodologia<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>reptes \u00e8tics, legals i socials<\/strong>: la seguretat de la informaci\u00f3 nutrigen\u00f2mica i el desenvolupament d&#8217;una distribuci\u00f3 equitativa dels recursos diet\u00e8tics<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3<strong> explicarem dos casos que ens toquen de ben a prop: la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia i la vitamina D.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:#7bdcb5\" class=\"has-inline-color\">EL CAS DE LA DIETA MEDITERR\u00c0NIA<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per ara, encara s\u00f3n escassos els resultats que procedeixen d\u2019estudis en els quals s\u2019ha examinat les interaccions gen-dieta amb el patr\u00f3 de dieta mediterr\u00e0nia, per la qual cosa \u00e9s necess\u00e0ria m\u00e9s investigaci\u00f3. No obstant aix\u00f2, l\u2019estudi de Corella et al. (2018) s\u2019endinsa en aquesta q\u00fcesti\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i l\u2019heterogene\u00eftat de la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia, en general pot afirmar-se que es caracteritza pels seg\u00fcents patrons de consum:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Un alt percentatge de <strong>verdures, fruites, cereals, llegums i fruita seca<\/strong><\/li><li>Una quantitat relativament alta de <strong>greixos no saturats<\/strong>, principalment aportats per l\u2019<strong>oli d\u2019oliva<\/strong><\/li><li>Un consum moderat-alt de<strong> peix<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Aviram i productes l\u00e0ctics<\/strong> en quantitats moderades<\/li><li><strong>Una baixa quantitat de carn vermella<\/strong> i altres productes c\u00e0rnis derivats<\/li><li>Un consum moderat d\u2019alcohol, fonamentalment <strong>vi negre<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eat-life.fundesplai.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/foto-dieta-mediterr.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5459\" width=\"341\" height=\"256\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eat-life.fundesplai.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/foto-dieta-mediterr.jpg 640w, https:\/\/eat-life.fundesplai.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/foto-dieta-mediterr-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/eat-life.fundesplai.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/foto-dieta-mediterr-500x375.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 341px) 100vw, 341px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Existeixen estudis que confirmen que <strong>aquesta dieta interacciona amb el genoma<\/strong>, disminuint el risc de malaltia en persones gen\u00e8ticament m\u00e9s susceptibles aportant, per tant, <strong>un efecte protector<\/strong>. Per aquest motiu, i tot i la complexitat at\u00e8s a l\u2019exist\u00e8ncia de molts factors influents, \u00e9s vital con\u00e8ixer m\u00e9s detalladament quins s\u00f3n aquests gens i com s\u00f3n modulats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mitjan\u00e7ant el desenvolupament d\u2019<strong>\u00edndex o escales <\/strong>per part d\u2019investigadors, s\u2019ha aconseguit <strong>mesurar l\u2019adher\u00e8ncia al patr\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta dieta<\/strong>. Tenir informaci\u00f3 sobre si una persona segueix m\u00e9s o menys aquest r\u00e8gim alimentari, permet <strong>elaborar estudis que examinin els efectes de la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia sobre diferents variants gen\u00e8tiques<\/strong> que poden tenir un <strong>major o menor efecte protector davant de malalties<\/strong>, com cardiovasculars, neurodegeneratives, obesitat, diabetis, certs tipus de c\u00e0ncer o alteracions metab\u00f2liques dels l\u00edpids (greixos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un exemple d\u2019estudi s\u00f3n els gens FTO i MC4R que es consideren els principals gens relacionats amb l\u2019obesitat comuna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per altra banda, tamb\u00e9 consta que aquesta influ\u00e8ncia de la nutrici\u00f3 no nom\u00e9s hi \u00e9s en els fenotips salut-malaltia, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 en la <strong>percepci\u00f3 de l\u2019olor i el sabor, contribuint d\u2019aquesta manera a gaudir del menjar.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:#7bdcb5\" class=\"has-inline-color\">EL CAS DE LA VITAMINA D<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sempre hem sentit dir all\u00f2 de: <strong><em>has de prendre m\u00e9s el sol que est\u00e0s molt blanc, et deu faltar vitamina D!.<\/em><\/strong> Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s perqu\u00e8 l\u2019energia de la radiaci\u00f3 UV desencadena una cadena de reaccions que n\u2019estimula la seva producci\u00f3 end\u00f2gena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fisiol\u00f2gicament, la vitamina D \u00e9s el suport de la <strong>mineralitzaci\u00f3 \u00f2ssia mitjan\u00e7ant el control de l&#8217;home\u00f2stasi del calci<\/strong> (l\u2019equilibri adient en la quantitat de calci que tenen les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules). Aquesta &nbsp;vitamina D i els seus metab\u00f2lits -les mol\u00e8cules que hi actuen conjuntament- &nbsp;pertanyen a un conjunt de <strong>compostos diet\u00e8tics<\/strong> que tenen efectes directes sobre la regulaci\u00f3 g\u00e8nica.
