Una de esas iniciativas es la llamada \u00ab<strong>falsas creencias sobre frutas y verduras\u00bb<\/strong>, que consiste en utilizar v\u00eddeos educativos para desmentir algunos mitos existentes acerca de las frutas y verduras locales. M\u00edralos a continuaci\u00f3n (en catal\u00e1n): <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"menjar-fruita-sencera-en-sucs-o-en-liquats-es-igual-de-saludable-fals\">Comer la fruta entera, en zumo o en batido es igual de saludable: \u00a1falso!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-gestor-del-servicio wp-block-embed-gestor-del-servicio wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Menjar fruita sencera, en sucs o liquats \u00e9s equivalent. Decenas de veces, \u00bfverdad? Pues se trata de un mito. El consumo de zumos y batidos debe ser limitado, incluso cuando los hacemos en casa, porque contienen az\u00facares libres y poca fibra. <strong>Es m\u00e1s sano comer la fruta entera, cortada en trodos o en pur\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"la-fruita-engreixa-perque-te-molt-sucre-fals\">La fruta engorda porque tiene mucha az\u00facar: \u00a1falso!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-gestor-del-servicio wp-block-embed-gestor-del-servicio wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"La fruita engreixa perqu\u00e8 t\u00e9 molt sucre. Comer fruta es muy saludable. Lo que debemos reducir es el consumo de zumos y del az\u00facar que la industria o los consumidores a\u00f1adimos a los alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"s-ha-de-menjar-verdures-3-o-4-cops-a-la-setmana-no-molts-mes-lt-br-lt-h4\">Debemos comer verduras 3 o cuatro veces por semana: \u00a1no, muchas m\u00e1s!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"S&#039;ha de menjar verdures 3 o 4 cops a la setmana. Podemos consumir verduras en el almuerzo o la cena, como <a href=\"https:\/\/eat-life.fundesplai.org\/es\/7-ideas-para-desayunos-y-meriendas-saludables\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>desayuno o merienda<\/strong><\/a> o entre las comidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"les-patates-tambe-son-verdures-no\">Las patatas tambi\u00e9n son verdura: \u00a1no!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Les patates tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n verdures.
