GOALS
- Promote a sense of urgency towards a fairer, healthy, and environmentally sustainable food model.
- Educate about food’s ecological and carbon footprint, and raise awareness regarding our responsibility as consumers.
- Encourage a change of habits towards adopting sustainable, healthy and accessible food for everyone, and offer tools to citizens to make positive changes in their diets.
- To give visibility to existing initiatives and alternatives for a better agri-food system.
- Boost the role of educational centres as essential agents for achieving environmental goals.
