GOALS

  1. Promote a sense of urgency towards a fairer, healthy, and environmentally sustainable food model.
  2. Educate about food’s ecological and carbon footprint, and raise awareness regarding our responsibility as consumers.
  3. Encourage a change of habits towards adopting sustainable, healthy and accessible food for everyone, and offer tools to citizens to make positive changes in their diets.
  4. To give visibility to existing initiatives and alternatives for a better agri-food system.
  5. Boost the role of educational centres as essential agents for achieving environmental goals.
