The collective challenge #AixíMenjo [This is how I eat] sought to get children and young people to reflect on the future of the food system and its impact on the planet, as well as on the need to work together for a more sustainable model.
Children, young people and families answered various questions about healthy and sustainable food, including “Do you think we can eat better?”, “Do you think we should reduce the amount of animal-based food we eat?”, “Do you think we will eat more healthily in the future?
It was held on 7 May 2022 as part of the Mostra d’Alimentació Cooperativa i Solidària in El Prat de Llobregat and 210 children, young people and families took part.
